About DefenseNews

DefenseNews is a fan-run, fictional wire service covering defense roleplay activity across Roblox: military simulation (“milsim”) groups, defense-themed states and nations, factions, exercises and the wider community that organises them.

We report on deployments, exercises, recruitment drives, diplomacy between in-game factions and the culture of the communities that run them — written in the tone of a serious wire service, because the roleplay deserves it, even though none of it is real.

Every article, byline, unit name and event on this site is invented for entertainment purposes. DefenseNews is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, nor any real-world military, government or news organisation.
